Are you working on a kick-ass project that solves a problem and helps the progressive cause? New Media Ventures wants to hear from you.

NMV is a national network of Angel Investors supporting media and tech startups that disrupt politics and catalyze progressive change. They’ve just opened up their 7th Innovation Fund and are looking to hear from entrepreneurs of all stripes.

On their website, they detail that they’re looking for, “scalable, revenue-generating, tech startups that create long-term political impact beyond any one election cycle”. Accepted applicants can receive up to $250,000 in funding and mentorship from some of the best in the industry.

Since they were founded, they’ve invested over $9 million in tech startups, and following the 2016 election they began to focus on funding “the resistance”.

In 2017, they invested in groups like Indivisible, Swing Left, Flippable, The Town Hall Project, Pantsuit Nation, and more.

This year, they could invest in you. Apply today, and share this article with any entrepreneur you know. But hurry, applications are only accepted through February 2nd.
